The plastic connector within the lint filter bag that clips in to the 'body filter' (or long plastic element the cup sits in) is a unique form to the initial and doesn't just take much for it to become disconnected. It really works but I do not believe the part is genuine and I'm just expecting the working day to come back the place it arrives free
